Holy shit, too many options much? I only use GS once every so often and rarely remember what kind of account I have, which leads to 10 minutes of trying each option until one works.
It's good they support multiple login providers, but it's not a simple experience for the user.

Interesting for 3 reasons:
#1 Advertisements labeled as such (presumably because advertising on Flickr is less prevalent than most sites)
#2 It's a self-advertisement. Neat. (hopefully not a sign of poor ad inventory)
And mostly importantly;
#3 Callout to pro/subscription. "Sure, you don't like the ads, but rather than block them why not support the site?" is much better than ragequit adblocking most sites are subjected to.
