I've not read this thoroughly so I'm not sure how detailed it is, reader discretion advised. What I have read of the introduction is... interesting. It seems to go in to the history, technology, funding, politics of the CP "industry".
The source has a very clear inside bias, but there are some noteworthy points, including "Technology is not the solution to child pornography. No filters, no censorship and no total monitoring can change this."
